Other eastern Europeans = Slav life = much more based.
Well, the Irish and English are from very different tribes of people (Celts vs Anglo-Saxons/Britons, etc.), and Austria and Germany were founded by similar tribes and were the same country until 1866. One big difference is that Austria was ruled by the Ottomans for a while.
But saying Austrians are like the Slavs in the rest of Eastern Europe is more incorrect.
