I believe it was a Glock 27 .40 cal, the one dude that came up beside him dropped the mag and popped the round out of the chamber. Def witness, female cop yesterday testified to 9 in the mag and collected single round off the ground. No testimony that I heard of whether or not it had been fired.

Absolutely. Been one of my complaints for a very long time. Need a lawyer to interpret what it says, written in 'double-speak' and other lawyerly terms; all laws should be written in a way that the dumbest of the dumb can understand them.
