I wasn't technically fired.
Just asked not to return until I either tell them my vaccine status or wear a mask.
I'm still on "LoA" so I'm unable to collect Unemployment.
When HR called to "check in", and I brought up possible discrimination, they hung up on me.
Forcing me to wear a mask unless I disclose vaccine status IS discrimination.
I understand what you're getting at though.
