Original source is the updated Vaccine Death Report reference 63a, but I found the same vid on bitchute which allowed me to embed.

These are babies believed to have been conceived by parents who took that jab which apparently modified the DNA within their reproductive organs. It is well established that the mRNA nano lipid particles concentrate around the ovaries and testes (among other places). Some of the babies have black eyes, which seems to include the portion of their eyes that should be white, but I'm not 100% sure of that detail. There's a possibility that the dark eyes are due to Aniridia, but that wouldn't make the white portion dark. If it is Aniridia. If that's true, it means that the vision of these babies is severely impacted. I have not seen an mention of bad vision, but these particular babies are quite young. They definitely have some working vision, though.

This particular vid is in Spanish, but there are subtitles. I have no idea whether or not everything said in the vid appears in the subtitles.

There are more vids out there and there's some overlap in the videos I just posted. It seems like the parents of these babies don't have a clue that their kids are not normal and the notion that most likely their DNA has been manipulated by the jab juice they allowed into their body hasn't even occurred to them.

This vid doesn't actually have vaccine babies in it, but it is related to this topic. The related portion of the vid starts around 14:45.

There was a government research grant to a company named Darwinian Cemical Systems, which 10 years later became Moderna. That original research had to do with figuring out how to use mRNA to write to DNA. That's exactly what 'they' told us mRNA could not do, but the speaker informs us that Moderna's predecessor succeeded in figuring out how to do that. Then for the plandemic, Moderna shared that tech with others to jab as much of the human race with as possible.
