Blanched Northern Beans (or soak all night), A jug of chicken broth, fresh Garlic, 1 bay leaf, pinch Celery salt, couple onjions, couple cap fulls of liquid smoke, left over spiral ham hock, salt, pepper, tablespoon of Louisiana Hot sauce, pinch Cheyenne pepper… That's about it!
Cook the shit outta it all day in a slow cooker.

Funny story..
Just this morning dad tells me he got up to pee at 330am and when he came back to bed, his pug climbed into his warm spot thinking he was getting up.
He lays back down next to her and gently tells her to move over.. She does a few inches and farts on him, he says..
