Andy McCabe is acting all smug and arrogant discussing the Steve Bannon indictment for Contempt of Congress with Wolf Breathless right now.
If I was foreman on that jury. Here are the things I would do.
-
Have a top secret booth where jury members would all walk through every morning one at a time and pick up a ball (or not) which says they or a member of their family has been threatened. 2. I would conduct a secret vote for a vote of guilty or not guilty before any discussion. Then I would show the secret vote count. Would open it up for discussion. 3. I would except a majority or even every juror would vote not-guilty. I would ask the question: We have more than enough votes for not guilty here. 4. I would then tell the court we the jury by anonymous vote and there was more than 1 who said not-guilty. 5. And no, we will not give you the vote count nor will we allow a request of each juror on how he/she voted or we answer any questions. 6. End of story.
YES, for a guilty verdict. But NO for a not-guilty vote. It only takes 1 for a not guilty verdict.
Go back and re-read my post! The foreman of the jury declares a hung jury when there are 1 or 2 jurors voting not-guilty. YOU tell me when it has ever happened that there was a hung-jury on a not-guilty finding? Hint: you can't, there has never been one. It's the jury who decides it's hung. Nobody else does. So I, as foreman, say there was more than 1 votes for not-guilty the jury finds him not-guilty. No questions allowed.
>That's not entirely true.
Okay, you're right. The judge can call a hung jury. Tell me one time where a judge, any judge, declared a hung jury on a not-guilty verdict? Hint: you can't.
Sex is way overrated. Trust a wise oldanon, having willing sex any time you can get it is way overrated. It's like the worst drug you could take. The second the sexual event is over the high is gone. Neither of the willing partners know they aren't helping their new friend for a night nor are they helping themself. It's a trap.
>FREEDOM FIGHTER.
BAKER, NOTABLE
One black female doctor takes her stand against the whole corrupt pharma temple.
He did and he was taken out by the internal enemy. Orders came down in the U.S. Military, we can't have a truth warrior like this in our ranks, it hurts our narrative. Kill him! And they dd.
Nah. [they] know they can't convict Kyle. So! They will use it as a stepping stone. Maybe call 0bama's army (antifa/blm) to burn down Kenosha. Maybe kill a couple of jurors. Who knows. But one thing the internal enemy CAN NOT DO, is to allow truth to win even once. I mean right at the very moment Anderson Cooper is on with 2 quests talking about what is their next move?
Read it in a Book somewhere. "Just stand".
