This anon needs to change their phone service provider, since mine keeps threatening it will turn off in a couple of months unless I upgrade to 5G with a new SIM card. They're also trying to give ppl prizes for switching to 5G, which reminds me of the bribes given out to get vaxxed.
I am not interested in having a 5G phone service.
Do any anons know of good options?
Provider (Boost mobile) wants me to get a new SIM card so I can get on 5G, so my phone is not currently compatible with it. I actually only have 3G right now. So I guess I'm trying to find a reliable and reasonably priced 3G/4G service that will not force me to switch to 5G in two months.
I have an iPhone 7 on a cheap 3G network, and can't get access to 5G network until I update the SIM card. I wouldn't say that means I have a 5G phone…?
