Looks to me like Grosskreutz is using precious stone comms in his earrings – instead of the usual Khazarian Mafia Family way of using rings worn on the fingers.

We've seen the red carnelia stone rings in plenty of cases but at a certain level of the Khazarian Mafia they are supposed to identify themselves with an ovoid black stone ring. Not exactly sure what action mafia members are supposed to take when they see this black stone, but it's clearly comms.
