From the video description.
Synchronized clips from Ford Fischer Livestream, Brennan Gilmore video, and notations from Detective Young's testimony that recounted the recording of the Red Pump Kitchen's surveillance camera.
The timestamps provided by Detective Young:
1:52:50 Camry arrived in RPK camera view.
1:52:56 Dodge arrived in RPK camera view.
1:54:06 Dodge backed-up, according to witnesses, out of RPK view.
1:54:49 Dodge pass by RPK camera at high rate of speed.
Countdown of the 70 seconds during which the Dodge was not in the view of the RPK camera, according to Detective Young.
Timer on the 23 second interval between Dodge appearing again in RPK camera view and the moment that the Dodge passed Brennan Gilmore's camera view.
Another 20 second interval before Dodge drove past the RPK camera, again, on its way out of the crash scene and eastbound along Market Street.

Hm! The 23 seconds gives him 2/3 as much uphill – 15 seconds? before heading back downhill. BG, if he took 30 seconds to get downhill and into position, still had to see him reversing, surely. How many people could possibly headed downhill after the car, from around the vicinity of the Pie Chest?
Dodge was downhill nearest the crowd before BG showed up to take his position, and that's the 70 second period. If BG took 20-30 seconds to get into position, that potentially cuts into this 70 seconds, and he must see the car reversing.
Which begs the question, did BG and CM see the Dodge at the intersection of Market and 4th NE prior to the 70 seconds downhill.
I'm going to take a guess that CM and BG have used elements of the truth in their statements, and made significantly large omissions to make the story work for a not-incredibly-skeptical MSM.
I'm willing to take the "face value" of the combined statements of CM and BG as being the most likely, but I have reason to suspect their records have large redactions they didn't mention. It would allow for alternative routes to the cross-over, sure – but why make up "what ifs" for them? My "what if" is the same one you've used, consequently, that being FFL as the thing establishing where the 70 seconds occurs, and why BG (and others) have more explaining to do.
The Guy in Purple at 2:38 – why does he look back? He's got two media types right there, and they've both watched "it" all happen in front of him, and they're NOT running yet. He probably saw people running, before he started to run, as well…?
