a gif that's a png?
I thought png's had to sit still.
can't be downloaded and retain its "life" unless I'm overlooking something pretty damned obvious.?
if literal duration, it would change the world. most people'd lose their minds over one day.
I remember some time around 2016-2017 the perpetually on-screen FoxNews "searchlights" logo used to be 3-dimensional and slowly spinning. When they changed it to 2D and stationary, I thought it an "unimprovement." In retrospect, arguably one more sign that whitehats were in control.
