Worked at the same hospital for 20 years. They didn’t accept any religion exemptions. Last day is November 15 then will be placed on unpaid leave until November 30. Then, I guess termination. I think there is only few hundred if that left. Everyone is getting scared about losing their job so they getting the shot. As for me, I’m more afraid of getting the vax then losing my job. But maybe it hasn’t hit me yet, I won’t be able to get a job in my state. If my hospital has changed their policy- new hires need to be fully vax- how many others have done the same. There are no medical facilities that have less than 100 employees. All hospitals have merged together. Even though,court has put a hold on mandate, I think hospitals will continue to mandate vax.
