I think we Missed an important clue in the Maxwell deposition.
My guess?
The country we are fighting against right now is Called Terramar.
Ghislaine herself admitted citizenship of Terramar in her 2020 deposition. The elite apparently have some fort of ‘nation’ that is comprised of tons of installations underground and some are only accessible by submarine,which dovetails with Maxwells sub pilot license.
