More Georgia 2020 Election Corruption Uncovered – Untested Machines Illegitimately Used in Election

Most states have laws that require voting equipment to be tested before each election to ensure they are functioning properly. This process is called Logic and Accuracy Testing “L&A” (or sometimes LAT) and is supposed to be open to the public. Every machine is analyzed through a systematic procedure to make sure the machines record and count votes accurately. They also check that the software on each machine is the proper, certified version and hasn’t been tampered with or manipulated.

In late September of 2020, two counties in Georgia were performing their L&A testing. Both discovered a problem in that the voting machines were not showing the second column of senate candidates. The counties reported the issue to the Secretary of State, who then directed elections officials across the state to cancel L&A testing until the problem could be fixed.

A few days later, on September 30th, a corrected version of the software was distributed to all counties in the state. Because the remedy required changes to the software, the new version had to be installed on every one of the state’s 30,000 machines before the L&A testing could be performed. With less than two weeks before the start of advanced/early voting on October 12th, there wasn’t enough time to schedule and adequately notice the public. The legally required L&A testing had to be completed before advanced/early voting.

Moncla and team then reviewed the tests in three of Georgia’s counties, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Fulton. Cobb and Gwinnett both completed their testing by October 9th but Fulton County would not cooperate. Per a review of minutes from Fulton County Board of Elections, it was determined that Dominion Voting Systems was in the process of installing the new software on Fulton’s machines, but the county had not yet started the L&A testing, and most likely never completed this testing before voting started.

Fulton County finally did provide information to Moncla and it shows that Fulton County did complete L&A testing but this testing wasn’t completed until the end of the month, October 31, 2020. This was well past when the testing should have been completed per Georgia law.

Moncla writes:

It’s clear that the Fulton County voting machines and systems were not L&A tested until after early voting. This means there was no check or verification on how the machines were programmed. It’s important to understand that the majority of all votes for the 2020 general election were cast on the untested machines during early voting (314,985 out of 523,000), making this a very serious problem. There’s also another issue:

The L&A testing should only be performed by county election officials. It is equally important and unacceptable that Dominion was contracted to perform L&A testing of their own equipment. The mandated testing process was not designed to rely upon third-party vendors’ self-verification.

Not only was testing of voting machines completed way after early voting started in Fulton County, Georgia, but this work was done by outsiders (Dominion) which never should have occurred.

Fulton County Georgia voting machines used in the 2020 Election were not adequately tested per Georgia law and this testing wasn’t complete until after 314,000 ballots were cast in early voting. Also, this work was completed by outsiders.

All this indicates a corrupt election result in a state with tens of thousands of vote issues in an election given to Joe Biden by 10,000 votes.

COP26: Negotiators in Glasgow Finalize Historic Agreement to Combat Climate Change

At the COP26 summit, international negotiators have approved a climate agreement that aims to reduce the use of coal and other fossil fuels and transition the industries of the planet to renewable and sustainable energy sources.

The agreement, known as the Glasgow Climate Pact, was reached on Saturday and is the first of its kind in the 25 years that the United Nations have held climate talks.

Another key feature of the agreement is a call for wealthy industrialized nations, beginning in 2025, to double their financial support for adaptation efforts in the developing world - starting from $100 billion each year. The nations most at risk, however, received no real-world guarantees from those countries that have most contributed to climate change.

UN Secretary General António Guterres, said, “Our fragile planet is hanging by a thread. We are still knocking on the door of climate catastrophe. It is time to go into emergency mode — or our chance of reaching net zero will itself be zero."

The agreement appears to be a half-victory for the earth's climate. It is the first COP text to feature the term "fossil fuels," and also includes an agreement to "escalating effort to phase down unabated coal power and phase out inefficient fossil fuel subsidies."

Former Trump coronavirus advisor Scott Atlas claims in an upcoming book that he was ignored by top medical officials when in the earlier days of the pandemic he offered contrary data in favor of reopening schools and allowing children to more or less resume their normal lives.

In the memoir, "A Plague Upon Our House," an advanced copy of which was obtained by Fox News, Atlas claims that he "presented data and studies showing that schools should be reopened and that children are not significant spreaders of the coronavirus," Fox reports.

"As I finished, there was silence," Atlas writes in the book, according to Fox. "No one offered any contrary data. No one spoke of scientific studies. No one even mentioned the discredited Korea study. Zero comments from Dr. [Deborah] Birx. Nothing from Dr. [Anthony] Fauci. And as always, not a single mention by Birx or Fauci about the serious harms of school closures."

"In my mind, this was bizarre," the doctor continues. "Why was I the only one in the room with detailed knowledge of the literature? Why was I the only one considering the data on such an important topic with a critical eye?"

Birx and Fauci—the latter of whom is the long-serving head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases—were among the most vocal proponents of widespread shutdowns and lockdowns in the early days of the pandemic and throughout 2020.

Atlas, meanwhile, was among the scant few voices in the pandemic's earliest days encouraging skepticism over the broad consensus in favor of shutdowns and other extreme mitigation measures.

Ghislaine Maxwell has spoken for the first time about her 'living hell' behind bars – claiming that she has been assaulted and abused by prison guards, purposely deprived of sleep and given rotting food to eat.

In a world exclusive, Ms Maxwell, who had her £21 million bail application denied for the fourth time last week, also claims negative media coverage while she has been in custody and the deliberate withholding of evidence have made it 'impossible' for her to receive a fair trial.

Speaking from her 10ft by 12ft prison cell inside New York's notorious Metropolitan Detention Center, where she has spent the past 16 months in solitary confinement, Ms Maxwell said: 'I have been assaulted and abused for almost a year and a half.

'I have not had a nutritious meal in all that time. I haven't slept without lights on – fluorescent lights that have damaged my eyes – or been allowed to sleep without constant interruptions.

'I am weak, I am frail. I have no stamina. I am tired. I don't even have shoes which fit properly. They feed me rotten food. One apple had maggots in it. I have not been allowed to exercise.'

Ms Maxwell, who faces the rest of her life behind bars if convicted of abusing and procuring young girls for billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein – charges that she vehemently denies – claims:

The jury pool has been so tainted by the continuous slurs against her character she believes it will be virtually 'impossible' to get a fair trial.

Some will say that a woman accused of sexually abusing young women, including a 14-year-old girl, deserves no sympathy. Others will argue that the American justice system is inhumane.

Either way, she remains innocent in the eyes of the law before her trial.

At 59, the Ghislaine of today is a far cry from the glamorous woman who was once a fixture on the international social scene, where she mingled with world leaders such as Bill and Hillary Clinton and was close friends with royalty, including Prince Andrew.

Today, the designer outfits have been replaced by the shapeless overalls of prisoner 02879-509.

Her trademark hair, once coiffed by French stylist Frederic Fekkai, is streaked with grey and fashioned into a shoulder-length style she managed to craft using toenail clippers while peering into a 3in by 5in hand mirror.

Despite her grim surroundings, she manages to force a smile as she describes how prison guards were so impressed by her hairdressing skills that they gave her paper-cutting scissors and joked that she should open her own salon.

But the harsh reality for a woman dubbed a 'socialite' – a term she fiercely objects to – has been what she describes as a living hell ever since more than 20 armed FBI agents swooped on her 156-acre, £800,000 New Hampshire home in July 2020.

CNN host asks key Rittenhouse trial witness to 'clarify his testimony.' But it doesn't go over well.

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper invited Gaige Grosskreutz, a key witness in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, to "clarify his testimony" this week after he seemingly contradicted himself during an interview on "Good Morning America."

What happened?

Cooper confronted Grosskreutz Thursday about his statements on "Good Morning America" that appeared to contradict his sworn testimony at the Rittenhouse trial on Monday.

Specifically, Grosskreutz testified under oath that Rittenhouse only fired on him when he "advanced" on Rittenhouse and pointed his handgun at the teenager. But on "Good Morning America," Grosskreutz claimed that he was not pointing his firearm at Rittenhouse when he was shot.

Cooper asked, "On 'Good Morning America' today, you said that you were absolutely not pointing your gun at Rittenhouse. Can you clarify that?"

In response, Grosskreutz once again seemingly contradicted his sworn testimony, saying the only way that he could have sustained the injury that he did is if his hands were up when he was shot.

Grosskreutz said:

Yes. Absolutely. First and foremost, that was a very tense situation, something that I've never been in before, just like having never been shot before. I think It's important to note, though, that specifically during [cross examination], if there is a skilled attorney, they're able to present questions to help support their narrative. That's their job, and with one of the exhibits that attorney Chirafisi had introduced, there is a photo of me with my gun pointed toward the defendant, either just after or right during he had shot me in my right arm.

It's important to note though that the physiology of my wound would be inconsistent with somebody being shot with their arm — and we'll say, the traditional way that you would point a gun at somebody or some thing — the only way that I could have sustained the injury that I have is if I have been shot with my arms up.

When asked by Cooper — who appeared confused by Grosskreutz's response — if he ever pointed his firearm at Rittenhouse, Grosskreutz played coy.

"I think that, again, in the still photos, it certainly looks like it, but never intentionally," Grosskreutz said. "You have to understand that following that gunshot, I had no use of my arm. I wasn't able to move anything in my right arm or on my right arm."
