Private employers and employees, 99 and above or 100 or less.

Why isn’t anyone talking about the CMS mandate, it’s all OSHA. I know the CMS mandate only applies to healthcare workers but it is more stringent than OSHA because it does not allow a testing option. You either get the shit or get an exemption.
