Yep.
Been watching eBay auctions for F-15's and atom bombs.
Shipping's a bitch, pricewise. Deal breaker territory. Gonna' tell you up front.
F-15 you might get local. Shade tree airline mechanic is the way to go.
> Whatever POTUS’ and Barr set up was unassailable
Saw somewhere the opinion that the reason Jan 6 is trying to get past executive privilege is that they still don't know what Trump actually set up, and are trying to pressure Trump White House officials to cough something up.
Hoping, here, that Jan 6 gets bit in the ass on live TV.
I don't think they do. Basically, it's a game elites play by picking winners and losers to manipulate.
Important factor is that you have unworthy/incompetent winners who have been given wealth and become haughty.
The losers blame the haughty winners for the inequality, although it's actually elites behind the scenes pulling the strings.
Every so often a loser is picked out to ascend to the winners, and rather than use their new status to help the people from whence they came, they become as haughty as the other winners. BLM chick who used fundraising to by herself a few houses, for example.
The way this circle jerk is broken is to have knowledgeable, wealthy winners actually help the arbitrary losers. It kind of was this way in the US back in the day when wealthy people contributed facilities to their communities. It was a win-win, because it drew talented employees to their town.
This, IMO, is where Trump comes into the movie. He is the prototype of the person who will fuck up the elite's game. Elite know this.
Long story short, then, Brandon's boys are expecting things to be on autopilot, all done by the knob turners and lever pullers at the elite level. It ain't. Something got fucked up. Brandon's boys can't explain why credibly, because they don't know shit about it in the first place. Buttigieg is the poster boy.
There was actually a group game I learned in some required sociology course that was like this. You made "countries" out of groups of kids and you would kind of semi-transparently rig results to build winner countries and loser countries to get kids fighting each other in about 10 minutes.
Arguments were exactly like I'm reading IRL now. Incompetent winners, like Brandon's boys and arbitrary losers, who could see the bullshit, but didn't have the voice to rectify it.
Sometimes a "winner" would see through it and demand some kind of equity, so you just put them in the loser's group and "promote" a loser to the winners. Never worked. Former loser became haughty and former winner was helpless.
Where does this go, though? I'm guessing 5th circuit saying US government/OSHA no can do may hold, but how does that affect private enterprise who may want to do policy on their own?
Case by case, basis. Does a private company have the right to put vaxxes as an employment criteria? Any vax. Is that done now, with measles, etc., say?
No government backing is a big step, but there are companies bigger than the government.
