I totally agree anon, which is why I went to the trouble of looking for the originals of the altered photos. However, there are a few here who do not want to see the truth. I usually just filter them and move on. But when anon shows interest in the truth, I will state it. Even when it irritates other anons who could care less. I want her to rot in GITMO, but I will speak out against false accusations. We are Truthers, after all.

You're missing the point. He can investigate policy and procedures that were abused by employees at the time. The OIG can not prosecute anyone. He gives recommendations to either Sessions or RR. If Sessions gets the referral, Sessions hands it over to Huber to prosecute. If RR gets the referral, well….who knows.
Sessions did nothing wrong. I don't have sauce but he had said RR convinced him to recuse. Said it would look to political if he didn't.
