Funny that "critical path" is mentioned - not many know that term but it is both relevant and crucial here - in construction there is no sense in building the roof before the structure is ready. In law, there is no sense in trying to get a warrant with no supporting evidence that it is needed.
POTUS & Q team have a critical path they have to follow, the machinery of governments grinds slowly, and if they jump the gun to please the concernfags & impatientfags, it would all be for naught. That cannot happen.
