Looks eerily similar to "secure" rooms found in common looking office buildings in Chantilly. If any pics exist outside of that room that show the red / black / blue light system in the ceiling it may be a safe assumption. The colors flashing used to indicate who could be on the floor / in the building while certain things were being discussed / accessed. Not sure if this system is still being used or if card / electronic based access is being used instead.
