I would consider that a grand accomplishment, anon. All kids should have been raised on a ranch. You learn basic survival skills in all aspects of life. I remember one week I shot a rattlesnake by my house every morning before 10 am.
I think the judge was really concerned about breaking the rhythm of Binger’s closing argument. When Binger thinks he can break for lunch it is his decision. Judge queried him on if he had a problem breaking his closing in two sections. I would never do that. I would want the entire closing delivered in one big package not two chunks. Some may forget points made in the first part to tie into back part.
