LIVERPOOL TERROR ATTACK
Rumour is he was headed for the Cenotaph/Poppy Day event but was held up in traffic.
He panicked and got the taxi driver to detour to the Womens hospital and that was when the taxi driver became suspicious and notice how edgy he was and saw him messing with his suicide vest.
Thankfully the taxi driver had the sence to jump out and lock his rear doors.
