Who is Thomas Binger?

Thomas Binger is the Kenosha County assistant district attorney.

He is said to have for Michael Graveley, the county’s top prosectuor, for seven years, according to The New York Times.

Binger has also worked in the Milwaukee County prosecutor’s office and for private law firms.

He ran unsuccessfully as a Democrat for district attorney in Racine County in 2016, and told The Journal Times: “In the last two years as a prosecutor, I have won 13 jury trials. I have convicted murderers, rapists, child molesters, drug dealers, drunk drivers, home-invading burglars and men who abuse women.”

Binger is said to have had a number of clashes with Judge Bruce Schroeder in the run up to Rittenhouse’s trial.

He is married to Nicole Gustafson-Binger, a mental health counselor for Oakwood Clinical Associates.

KYLE Rittenhouse is an 18-year-old who allegedly shot at protestors during a 2020 rally in Wisconsin.

He was later arrested and charged with the deaths of two people.

Two days after the shooting, Kyle Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time, travelled from Antioch, Illinois and was documented at a protest carrying an AR-15.

Rittenhouse allegedly proceeded to shoot into a crowd of people, killing two and injuring a third.

He was charged with first-degree homicide and has since pleaded not guilty. His trial has been taking place throughout November, with the verdict expected to be announced Monday.

Rittenhouse fatally shot Anthony Huber, 26, and Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 27.

According to the testimony of Ryan Balch, Joseph Rosenbaum threatened to kill Kenosha's unofficial vigilantes, which included an armed Kyle Rittenhouse, if he got them alone. I could not agree with you more. I don't usually watch these trials, but my husband was - and so I got intrigued. At 82 and 88 years old - going back to the O.J. trial - I have never seen such incompetence, nor obvious political bias as this evil man has shown. I'm still trying to recover from the highly pitched dressing-down Judge Schroder gave him this morning. Never have I seen a judge so livid. In the Judge's estimation – Binger has "defiled" his court.
