I'm still going for a directed verdict from the judge; he wont issue it until closing arguments are over.
State clearly hasn't made it's case here; it's as clear a self-defense argument as you can get, especially for the 2nd and 3rd people that were shot since one attacked him, the other pointed a gun at him.
As a matter of law, this is self defense; this shouldn't be left to 12 people to determine that.
