on semi-related note: it sure seems like this prosecutor has crossed an ethical boundary. As a prosecutor, you represent the community, protecting the community, and you must conduct your courtroom statements and choices within certain limits. If you have no respect for the rights of the person you are prosecuting, then you are damaging the very basis of the state's mandate to govern.
This guy Binger should lose his job for prosecutorial misconduct. Or whatever they might call it.
