Question about Q and his “Trump tweets” predictions.

It’s possible to pre-schedule your tweets so they are released at set times. What if Q is able to see these scheduled tweets before they are posted due to an unauthorized hack or access to twitter servers?

What if that is how Q is able to post info pre-Trump tweet and make it look like he has inside access?

This has been bothering me for awhile.
