I think that Hillary oriented memes should focus on only the most well documented criminal acts. Leave out the child porn stuff for now because it gets too complicated for normies. But going back to Whitewater there are some much better documented crimes complete with witnesses who have published videos explaining them.

For Hussein, do similar but focus solely on coverup of Clinton family crimes like UraniumOne and regulations or EOs that helped cover up things.
