Good for you. Doctors are so stuck really, many are required to ask.
When I went last time, I took my mask off getting in the exam room, my doctor wore his and didnt say a word.
He did not try to ask me about the vaccine due to a prior discussions.
Had a fight two tears ago about how he saud i needed bosters on tentanus and something else.
I asked “If I dont get a tetanus shot what disease could I get”, he said “lock jaw”! I asked in all the 40+ years youve been practicing have you ever seen or treated lock jaw?
He saud “no”, i argued more there was no reason to get them.
then he starts getting irritated and I said “ok doctor if you promise 100% i cannot be harmed by these boosters, I’ll take the shots. He said “you cant be harmed”.
He ran out to get the shots and came back in and said, “unfortunately we are out of both shots, maybe next time”!
I guess he thought lying to me was not a good idea.
I love arguing with my doctor!
