Employer told me almost two months ago to disclose vaccine status or I'd have to wear a mask.
They said if I didn't, I was to go home and not come back until I did what they want.
I told them that was discrimination and left.
Now, my "ex" employer's outsourced and out-of-state HR service keeps calling and harassing me about my vaccine status once or twice a week saying essentially the same thing.
Them: You can come back to work if you either show proof of vaccination or "just wear a mask".
Me: That's discrimination.
The lady on the phone then starts getting mad and talking fast and loud and I have to hang up because I get upset.
Technically they haven't fired me, their words, but put me on an unpaid leave of absence without request/input from me.
Does anyone know of any lawyers in north central Florida taking Scamdemic/Class-action Scamdemic cases for free or nearly free?
Not that it should matter but I have HFA (formerly Asperger's Syndrome) and have a hard time with talking to people IRL/AFK.
