Site 10: Mashnaqa, Lebanon.

Mashnaqa (first 2 pictures) is located on the road going to Gebal/Byblos to the town of Qartaba. In Mashnaqa there is this Roman temple: look once more at the lower blocks. Also, there is a Roman temple near Qartaba in a town called Yanouh. I’m unsure if Yanouh temple has megaliths in it. I only thought it’s worth mentioning.

Site 11: Ain Akrine, Lebanon.

Ain Akrine is located in the Koora district of Lebanon. We see again the same things we saw in the other sites: a Roman temple built on top of old megalithic blocks, which some were re-used, recarved, decorated during the Roman times. I’m going to let the pictures talk once again.

There is a person standing in the door way which is 170 cm tall. Comparing the size of this person and the size of the door is a bit funny. This person looks tiny compared with the height of the door.
