In a related event: A power co. truck pulls up in my driveway this morning, and someone gets out and goes over to my electric meter. I go out and say, hey what are you doing? She says, I'm reading your meter. I say, but that's a smart meter, your supposed to be able to read that remotely. She says, I know but for some reason we aren't getting any data. So I say, what happened, the satellite blow up or something? She looked at me kind of funny.
