No. Looked it up. It was Nathan DeBruin. When he didn't hear anything he, on his own, went through the hours upon hours of videos and photos he took and had his attorney send the info to both the prosecution and the defense. He was called by the defense. He brought exhibits with him. This was the most courageous witness, next to Kyle that is, in the entire trial.
