Sodom and Gomorrah
The other visitor, who was the Lord, stayed behind. He revealed to Abraham that he was going to destroy the cities because of the evil ways of their people. Abraham, a special friend of the Lord, began to bargain with God to spare the cities if there were righteous people in them.
First, Abraham asked if the Lord would spare the cities if 50 righteous people lived there. The Lord said yes. Boldly, Abraham kept bargaining down, until God agreed not to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah if even ten righteous people lived there. Then the Lord departed.
I would have expected a mass exodus of righteous Democrats and Republicans leaving Washington, but no, the lure of $$$ is too much. They risk their souls and eternal damnation, yet they continue to circle the wagons, they just can't leave, they must have their next fix of corruption.
God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, and we know why.
And to all the covens and Aleister Crowley witches in every state of our Republic, and all over the world, they can't leave either. Their desire for the taste of blood is too strong. They used to burn witches, and we know why.
