AFAIK, the jury is not sequestered.

Could be a ploy to issue up a DV, or to get a retrial with a change of venue. More evidence of Kyle's innocence won't hurt.

Trial should have been over when the jurors were threatened the first time, or when Psucki didn't no comment Doocey's question. Prosecution misconduct, would work, too, and I think the defense lawyers have that on the table.
