i have a feeling they were writing these documents for a while. I think the jump kick guy was only yesterday or the day before. SO they many not have been able to work it in to the complaint with out reworking the entire thing. Perhaps holding back the witness will be another complaint or an addendum somehow.
no problem just read it myself. Pretty compelling but it was dated the14th …i would assume that if the judge actually was considering this he would have ruled on it before the jurors were sent to deliberations.

I thought they asked the potential jurors if they would have a problem with this. They never should have been chosen. IT is really disgusting that this happens but, we are in that stage where juries are scared to do their duty. If that is the case then Juries no longer matter and the legal system just has another break in it that makes it pointless.

still if that is an issue with the system that we can not trust jurors to be non biased in their approach we can no longer trust the system for trials to be fair and impartial. We have a prosecution as well that violates constitutional rights just to get convictions. They lie and can legally lie about the truth. Just to serve themselves. Again the system is busted. Needs to be burned down. Hell we have cases that have been in our favor like the jab, and the government just say fuck that.
