The fund was from money stolen by the Jews from the Germans through the Marshall Agreement after WWII.
The German Marshall fund funds the Alliance For Securing Democracy, which is a Jewish operation out of Washington DC and it boasts an Advisory Council with the like of Michael CHertoff and Bill Kristol amongst others.
