Read that too. From what's been mentioned on Rekieta Law, and if I heard correctly, the only difference is that mistrial dismissal is appealable when declared after jury came out as opposed to when it is declared before jury reports.

Kek! I'm really no law fag, so I just read, listen and try to understand.
Maybe that's why wouldn't call them morans – have enjoyed their stream quite a bit during trial breaks and after end of trial days.
