I thought it was an FBI drone. Now it sounds like the FBI contracted out to a private drone company. Maybe I missed it, but I don't remember hearing that before.

Kraus: At some point, I emailed it [video] to myself.

Defense: We didn't have the quality of evidence that the state had, until the case had been closed. I'm going to be asking the court for a mistrial.
