Something that went under the radar:
The video that was “anonymously” dropped off to the prosecution was from a company that closed shop 17 days after their video was shown on Tucker. The owner, when contacted by the defense said there was no such video. The business no longer exists and therefore no longer can be subpoenaed.
This was a fed (either FBI or CIA) shell company that produced hi-res drone footage.This shit is so blatantly a fed job that they are trying to bury it. All the evidence pointed out today was that there was an effort involving the federal and local government working together to not prosecute but persecute Kyle Rittenhouse for killing their assets.
This judge is a fucking coward that won’t do shit. The prosecutors, as fucking corrupt as they are, are walking all over kyle’s rights and the judge has literally said he didn’t want to make the tough decisions like declaring a mistrial. He is HOPING the jury acquits him, but if they don’t it will be too fucking late for him to do anything and kyle will have to file an appeal and/or go through another trial where they will get JK man and that old fuck that shot his gun to say they were trying to stop an active shooter in order to support the prosecutions case.
This is all such a fucking travesty of justice. If this prosecutorial misconduct goes on across the country, we DO need reforms to the system to prevent this bullshit from happening to anyone black or white!
It’s what I believe. It’s also what I believe happened in other cases across the country. The feds (antifa and BLM supported) want conservatives and anyone who steps outside their narrative to see others like them, beaten, bloodied, and murdered in the streets by the mobs they are inciting to prevent others from trying to fight back.

Don’t get your hopes up. This judge has said all kinds of stuff to the prosecution and hasn’t done a single thing to stop them from rolling on while trampling kyle’s rights.
You are absolutely right in thinking that these prosecutors as well as expert witnesses need to be brought in to testify about this video fuckery.
I would not be surprised if fatlock is currently bleachbitting his computer to hide the fact he had video editing software on his computer after he lied and told the judge he had no idea how to do any of that despite the defense saying that the file they received was created 21 minutes after the defenses - which is about the amount of time it would take to edit and compress a video on a laptop.
Fatlock needs to be disbarred and imprisoned.
Thinking about Kyle’s situation, i really do t know if i could have been as cool, aware, and yes even restrained, from shooting anyone that even looked like they might attack me.

Prosecutors gave defense an obviously edited and compressed video when they had hidef version that they didn’t provide to defense. Tried blaming it on everyone but eventually said “we dumb and make mistake”
Fucking travesty should have been immediate mistrial with prejudice but kyle’s lawyers are looking weak as fuck because they are being extremely passive - thinking they want the bucks from another trial and media exposure and basically saying fuck their client as long as they get paid.
Agree completely. I really feel for the kid and his family. But the reality is, he is probably the best of us. Not saying he is perfect (who is) but I really think he is just a good kid put into a really bad situation by some REALLY bad actors hoping to score a political kill (literally).
