Jury gender aside, that was a bad decision just now by the judge.
Defense objected later, but the damage was already done. Judge thought it was a good idea for them to research "alone" at home.
Who wants to bet, those papers will end up in someone's book deal? Maybe even their own.
Every juror should have asked for a copy after that. Just to keep things fair and all.
