Kek! His name is Elie Mystal.
Tucker played a segment with that nigga the other night, where he accused the judge of being a racist (not sure if it's the attached one).
Tucker also mentioned Mystal is Harvard-educated.
So yes, probably you're right.
From what I understood, Gate's "new reactor" is some mixture of the Thorium salt-reactor concept studied in/around the 50s-70s at Oak Ridge.
Oak Ridge usd Thorium salt and the salt woudl at the same time fuel & cool the reactor. In cases of power cuts, fuel cycle would automatically freeze (salt would solidify after some time) and no further energy produced.
Gate's "new reactor" still uses enriched uranium, but uses molten salt as coolant, which has some advantages compared to water used in classical reactors.
Still, he's serving the nuclear (fuel rod) industry with this reactor type, when Thorium would be a much more abundant and less dangerous fuel alternative.

They're on right now. Jury retires for the evening.
Some nigger from MSNBC tried to follow and photograph the Jury's bus last night. Judge was not happy
tbh, I don't give a shit about what politicians, dictators or psychopaths call "science". or in what orwellian newspeak they want it to be seen.
For me, the word still means what it did back in the good old days, and I am aware of science's limitations and requirements, which include being open to new observations, hypotheses, possibilities.
I know some areas of "science" have been corrupted to an extent it makes me puke a little (climate, pharmacy, psychology etc)
I still believe in it's fundamental principles and also believe there's some excellent and ethical scientists out there.
