Judge just allowed a juror to take the Jury Instructions home with her - possibly the forman, the same woman that spoke up before. Also possibly she's the main holdout that wants KR charged guilty.

We all know that she will!!!! This is INSANE!!! I can't believe that the Defense said nothing!!!!!! They should have been all over it! She might as well have been allowed to also take her notes home, bet she wanted to.
