That’s not true. Every mil member deployed to iraq and afghan got the vaccine.
Mil administered the cowpox version.
Still, scary as fuck considering the scab and potential spread of the virus beyond the injection site.
You’re absolutely right in that aspect, but once again, you can’t say NOONE has gotten the vaccine since the 1970s.
There is a legit reason behind it though, the vaccine itself IS very dangerous with serious potential side affects.
