Religious beliefs being proved or disproved is a circular argument. Neither side can sauce their claims with courtroom-ready evidence. History books are not cross-examinable. Neither are religious texts. Any argument trying to dispel someone's beliefs in their religion is a circular argument because you cannot prove a negative. Freedom of religion is freedom of thought. One is not required to prove it to maintain their beliefs. Therefore, belief does not require proof.
