What men do with power has nothing to do with a personal belief in God. Men can and will use anything and everything that exists to control others. It could be religious texts or the common cold. People can be bad with or without religions. Ask the Communists who killed all the Christians. Did they stop controlling people after the Christians were all dead or nah?
