Scientists have used artificial intelligence to "predict" formulas for new designer drugs, with the stated goal of helping to improve their regulation. The AI generated formulas for nearly nine million potential new drugs.

Researchers with the University of British Columbia (UBC) used a deep neural net for the job, teaching it to make up chemical structures of potential new drugs. According to their study, released this week, the computer intelligence fared better at the task than the scientists had expected.

The research team used a database of known designer drugs – synthetic psychoactive substances – to train the AI on their structures. The market for designer drugs is ever-changing, since their manufacturers are constantly tweaking their formulas to circumvent restrictions and produce new "legal" substances, while cracking their structure takes months for law enforcement agencies, the researchers said.

She says when she complained to supervisors and human resources, they did nothing about it.

As a result of her trauma, she says she suffers from panic attacks and “is afraid to return to work knowing that her body could be violated at any time with no repercussions."

“She is on medication and in therapy, and she is not the same person she used to be," the suit says.

Fauci comes up with new ‘rule’ to wear masks

White House health adviser Anthony Fauci was seen at an elite book party regularly taking his mask on and off, confusing many attendees. An author says Fauci explained to her why he chose to wear it around some and not others.

Appearing at a book launch party for journalist Jonathan Karl this week at Cafe Milano in Washington DC, Fauci gained the attention of onlookers, according to Politico, by repeatedly putting on and taking off his mask as he talked to numerous people. This also happened as “gawkers” attempted to get a picture of the unmasked infectious disease expert.

Sally Quinn, an author who used Fauci as the inspiration for a character in an erotic work of fiction, eventually approached the doctor and asked about his “ambivalence” towards mask-wearing at the event.

“He said, ‘I just decided that if anyone came up that I didn’t know, I would put my mask on,” the author recalled from her conversation with Fauci.

The head of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases was apparently on his own with his mask-wearing tactics, as Quinn reported all others at the event were not masked.

Quinn described the “paparazzi” as trying to catch Fauci in a “gotcha” moment, but also suggested that the doctor “was being safe.” All those who attended the party had to show proof of vaccinations beforehand.

Washington, DC recently dropped its strict mask mandate, though this does not go into effect until Monday, November 22. Masks will no longer be required in numerous indoor spaces, though they are still required in schools, libraries, public transportation, etc. Private businesses have the option to require or not require masks, under the new guidance.

Fauci’s latest mask advice has left some confused, and only refueled the controversial doctor’s conservative critics, some of whom have renewed calls for his dismissal.

Pentagon chief promises Arab allies it will counter Iran

Iran and its drones are a threat to US troops and allies in the Middle East, and Washington will work to deter it, the Pentagon chief told Gulf officials amid concerns that US forces are being realigned away from the region.

“Iran’s proliferation of one-way attack UAVs is a constant threat to American troops and a hindrance in the fight against ISIS,” US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said during a regional security conference in Bahrain on Saturday.

“Such systems are likely to feature prominently in the conflicts of the future and they already threaten civilian aircraft. That’s why my department has made it a priority to address the drone threat,” the US official added.

At the Manama Dialogue conference, Lloyd highlighted the Biden administration’s preference for diplomacy over military action, but said the Pentagon was ready to deploy an overwhelming force and secure victory in any part of the world, should it be called to do so.

“We remain committed to a diplomatic outcome of the nuclear issue… If Iran isn’t willing to engage seriously, then we will look at all the options necessary to keep the US secure,” he warned, referring to continued indirect negotiations between the US and Iran in Vienna.

The US and NATO have stepped up military activity in the Black Sea, which Moscow views as a major provocation. Putin described this activity as going “beyond boundaries” and said a Western strategic bomber recently flew within 20 kilometers (12.5 miles) of Russia’s borders. US B1-B bombers recently flew over the Black Sea, but it’s not clear how close they were to Russian territory.

Putin said that NATO has destroyed all mechanisms for dialogue with Moscow. The military alliance recently expelled diplomats from Russia’s mission to NATO in Brussels, and Moscow responded by closing the mission.

Putin described relations with the US as “unsatisfactory,” but said he was open to more talks. “However, I want to say once again, we are open to contacts and exchanges of opinion, constructive dialogue,” he said.

Tech billionaire allegedly kept spreadsheet of 5,000 women he had sex with

Whitefish, Mont., is known for fly fishing and hiking trails studded with yellow Aspen trees. But after Silicon Valley billionaire Michael Goguen took up residence in the Rocky Mountain town several years ago, he transformed it into his private fiefdom: a dark banana republic where he allegedly controls local law enforcement — and a “harem” of young women.

The bombshell allegations, which also include claims of Goguen ordering his security chief to kill detractors, are contained in a lengthy civil complaint recently filed in United States District Court for the District of Montana.

According to the court papers, Goguen, 57, employs hundreds of residents in companies he controls, and owns a series of luxury “safe houses” where he takes dozens of young women for sex. He has a spreadsheet documenting his sexual encounters with 5,000 women, and even outfitted a local bar he owns with a basement “boom boom” room, which features a stripper pole. The underground enclave is allegedly used “to maintain women for the purpose of committing illicit sexual activity.”

Requests for comment from Goguen’s lawyer were not returned Friday.

The complaint, which seeks more than $800 million in damages, was filed by four former employees who set up Goguen’s Amyntor Group LLC, a Whitefish-based security contractor that had clients around the world.

Now, Goguen is wrapped up in a mystery that just keeps getting messier, as person after person has apparently tried to take him down — only to end up taken down themselves.

Originally from Bedford, Mass., Goguen joined the venture investment firm Sequoia Capital, based in Menlo Park, Calif., in 1996. It was already known for taking smart early bets on companies, including Apple and Cisco, and would later generate big buzz — and money — for getting behind brands that would become enormous: Google, YouTube, PayPal and Instagram among them.

He had gotten a share of the Google deal and, as Bloomberg reported, “frequently appeared on the Forbes Midas List for his ability to find and fund winning technologies.”

But things came to a crashing halt in 2016 when his former mistress Amber Baptiste, an exotic dancer from Canada, accused him of “constant sexual abuse,” including “countless hours of forced sodomy,” court papers say. He also demanded that she refer to him as “king” and “emperor,” according to the filings. In 2012 Baptiste said, she underwent surgery for a ruptured anal canal after Goguen “forcibly sodomized her and left her bleeding and alone on the floor of a hotel room in a foreign country,” court papers claimed.

Goguen won a countersuit in the three-year legal battle, eventually securing a restraining order against Baptiste from filing any similar suits against him. But the allegations cost him his job at Sequoia Capital in Silicon Valley, where he had been a longtime partner.

At the time a Sequoia spokesman told TechCrunch that “while the firm understood ‘these allegations of serious improprieties’ to be ‘unproven and unrelated to Sequoia’ its management committee had nevertheless ‘decided that Mike’s departure was the appropriate course of action.’”

Despite the high-profile exit, Goguen is still worth more than $5 billion, according to a source.

Biden Regime Ignores Courts Again and Tells Businesses to Move Forward with Vaccine Mandate

Yesterday, the Biden regime told companies to keep pushing the vaccine mandates despite federal courts ruling they’re unconstitutional.

For the second time in a month, the White House on Thursday urged large businesses to move forward with coronavirus vaccine mandates for their workforces despite court challenges to the Biden administration’s vaccine-or-test requirement for private companies.

“Our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplaces safer and protect their workforces from COVID-19,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters during a briefing. “That was our message after the first stay issued by the Fifth Circuit. That remains our message and nothing has changed.”

Psaki’s comments came after the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) said it would suspend enforcement of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for businesses after a federal appeals court reaffirmed its decision to suspend the mandate.

This isn’t the first time the Biden Administration has ignored a court order. Earlier in the month, FOX News reported how the Biden gang was ignoring the court order then on their unconstitutional vaccine mandate.

After a Gulf Coast federal appeals court ruled to temporarily halt an executive order from President Joe Biden that instructs OSHA to mandate most employers abide by a vaccination mandate or have their workers face termination, a White House spokeswoman urged businesses to essentially ignore the court and proceed with mandating their employees elect to the injection.

On “Tucker Carlson Tonight“, Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume warned the Biden administration is playing with “political dynamite” by pressing the issue.

Hume was responding to comments made by White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who told reporters that “People should not wait … They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”

The headline on the article was taken from an unverified, left-wing troll Twitter account by the name “Riley Singh,” and alleged: “‘Gaetz hopes Kyle Rittenhouse has friends who are underage girls’: Matt Gaetz’s history with teens resurfaces after internship offer.”

The article alleges that Rep. Gaetz’s offer of a Capitol Hill internship to Kyle Rittenhouse “was just to see if he has any friends Gaetz could hook up with.” The source of the claim is, however, a bot account with just 74 followers:

The tweet from the bot was used by MSN in a piece by far-left activist David Covucci, who originally published the content to the “Daily Dot” blog.

As readers began pointing out MSN’s journalistic malfeasance and potential libel of Rep. Gaetz, the network began hiding critical tweets from its timeline. The article remains online as of publication on Saturday afternoon.

Hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin shelled out $43.2 million for a rare first-edition copy of the U.S. Constitution at a Sotheby’s auction Thursday, outbidding a band of more than 17,000 cryptocurrency investors.

The 53-year old founder and chief executive of multibillion-dollar investment company Citadel put in the winning bid Thursday, beating out a last-ditch effort by the group to win the document. The crypto enthusiasts had crowdfunded more than $40 million worth of the cryptocurrency Ethereum though a spirited social media campaign earlier in the week.

Griffin's winning bid came after an eight-minute battle with the coalition of cryptocurrency fanatics, and it more than doubles the $20 million that the document was thought to be worth - setting a world auction record for any book, manuscript, historical document or printed text, Sotheby’s said in a statement Friday.

'The U.S. Constitution is a sacred document that enshrines the rights of every American and all those who aspire to be,' Griffin said in the statement.

'That is why I intend to ensure that this copy of our Constitution will be available for all Americans and visitors to view and appreciate.'

Griffin intends to lend the 1787 document to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas - a museum with free admission founded a decade ago by Walmart heiress Alice Walton.

The establishment already boasts a host of historical documents pertaining to American history, including Charles Willson Peale's iconic portrait of first president George Washington.

The document, one of only 11 known surviving copies of the U.S. charter, was signed on September 17, 1787, at Philadelphia's Independence Hall by famed American founding fathers including Washington, Benjamin Franklin and James Madison.

The 17,000-strong group of cryptocurrency investors, organized as ConstitutionDAO, had raised $40 million to try to buy the document but failed to secure the prize, the consortium said.

Despite raising some $40 million in Ethereum in recent days, the group ultimately fell short at the auction.

Italian government categorizes peaceful protesters as terrorists to justify police raids on homes of covid vax pass protesters

Protesters in Italy who oppose their government’s tyrannical new Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine passport” scheme are now having their homes raided by police in retaliation.

According to reports, the Turin prosecutor’s office directed multiple police raids in several Italian cities against people believed to be opposed to the so-called “Green Pass,” which is now required in Italy to buy and sell.

Italian law enforcement claims that the raids were only perpetrated against people believed to have “extremist links” and “criminal backgrounds.” These include prior convictions for theft or using plant substances that the government considers to be “illegal drugs.”

The General Investigations and Special Operations Division (DIGOS) of Palermo claims to have found containers of an “acid substance” in one of the raids, which was supposedly intended to be thrown at police during a protest.

Police in Brescia and Cremona further claim they found knives and a crossbow in other raids. (RELATED: The Italian government is also committing economic terrorism by demanding that employers stop paying their unvaccinated employees.)
