Migrants Theory

I have a theory that needs shitting on, about the migrant situation.

I've been thinking recently about the flood of migrants coming into the US, UK and Europe. I couldn't quite figure out why Patriots weren't doing as much to prevent them. The Wall was purposely left unfinished in the US and nobody is lifting a finger to stop any of the dingies coming into the UK.

I remember reading about how (they) are using AI/ Machine Learning/ Simulation in combination with DNA and behavioural data of the populations of our countries to predict and adjust behaviour for votes, to affect our spending habits and to predict our next actions at an individual level.

The massive influx of migrants from third-world countries would throw a wrench in this due to the migrants not being within the 'Matrix' so to say, the 'Algorithm' wouldn't be able to predict their behaviour. They are technically 'Ghosts' in the system.

'Ghosts' would be much more difficult to control and there is little-to-no accumulation of data on them so the time required to collect their DNA and soak up their digital behaviours would be too long.

One big flaw in this theory though is that I can't figure out exactly what purpose they would have. I suppose votes are a start but is the great awakening not enough to generate votes for Patriots?
