This will be her undoing. In her deposition she could plead the fifth, and did to most questions. Once she takes the stand she'll be cross examined and any lie she continues to tell will be uncovered. There's hours of recorded audio with her and the Fortune Mag editor that followed her career. And lots of evidence of forged documents and misrepresentations. She doesn't have the truth on her side. + her defense is based on saying her boyfriend called all the shots and she just went along.
