I think when the time comes to drop the hammer all of the moves and manuevers needed to bring it about have been done in similiar fashion over the last year. Q/POTUS have created and shown they have the legal authority to do what they are about to because they have already done it in similar pieces. Assets Freeze EO, De-classifying intel house docs, moving already senate confirmed people from one position to another, firing top fbi personnel, ordering the NG, declaring state of emergency, ordering all of senate to a special meeting (mid/late 2017 about NK where they were bussed in and met Trump, they all left saying it was weird nothing burger meeting).
All the moves have already been made in one way or other so when it comes to do them all at once no one can say POTUS cant legally because He has already made very similar moves over the course of his presidency.
