Long plan indeed. When were the Georgia Guidestones erected? 1980? "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature." sounds a lot like Jim Starlin's Thanos.
I don't know if Jim Starlin was good or bad, or like Kubrick disclosing things with Eye Wide Shut. Just think it's odd his space opera about a villain who wants to cut the universe's population in half 'to maintain balance' came out a year before Agenda 21.
