You know the glass they use in ovens?

My friend lives in an apartment, theres an electric radiator in the

bathroom that can heat the whole place.

All it is is a metal box with oven glass in it, behind a screen. Flip a switch,

the glass heats up

Dark Winter. Its possible that a similar model could be easily mass produced

and sold for like twenty bucks. Compatibility with car batteries would be ideal
