Telegram is a phone only app.

You can only use it from other devices once a phone has been registered.

I have no problem being accountable for what I post, but I do have a huge problem with a system configuration that also has total visibility to what I read and then demands I use a uniquely identifiable device that is inherently designed for involuntary data collection. (Do you remember when cell phones came with removable batteries. No phone has a removable/replaceable battery now meaning you CANNOT ever be sure it is turned off. Why is that?)

Your phone has a history of where you are, when and thru simple extrapolation with whom.

Telegram's entire operating model appears to be set up to support the active surveillance state.

Can't/won't sign up for that shit.
